tommy was the new kid at school and he met the others in a karate compotistion. orriganly the green ranger powers were ritas and when she found out that tommy was a talented martial artist she tested him with a putty attake to see if he was good enough to be her green ranger. tommy was turnned into the evil green ranger by rita he destroyed the command center. he would brouttaly beat the rangers and evan sealed there megazords. he was turned back to normal by jason and joined the rangers. he's powers were weak so he gave them to jason. soon tommy came back to fight with the rangers
