billy was chosen to be the blue power ranger by alpha and zordon and they gave him the triceratops power coin. he was the most intellagent member of the groupe. in the beging he spoke in words the other rangers couldent understand but trini was willing to translate. Billy always figuired out a way to defeat the monsters rita sent to destroy the earth.
