tommy even though sorry to leave his freind rocky is still the top leader of the power ranger group. tommy leads the group being careful not to make a mistake. tommy will most the time working in the garage with justin one of his new best freind. in episode 4 "the Shadow rangers" Tommy was the only ranger left after being attaked by the shadow super powerd clones made from the shadows of the rangers powers. tommy was captured by divatox in episode 18 & 19 soon he was saved by TJ. When time came tommy left the group passing on his turbo powers to TJ in episode 19 thinking tj will be better for his postion
