master vile was ritas father who was the first to fight the alien rangers but left in the second episode.

the groupe of monsters sent by rita and zed wich were destroye by the alien rangers and there battle borgs

a robot created by billys invention wich was destroyed by the battle borg

the barbaroc brothers started poluting the water but th alien rangers were saved by the chilldren and then the alien rangers were ready to fight

bratboy is bulk turned into a monster by rita and zedd but soon the kids presuded him to being himself

when cestro was dehydrated he was attaked by her

Hydro hog episodes 9-10
the hydro hog was the aquitian planets villian who came to earth taking away all of its water and dehydrated the rangers. soon they were hydrated by the chilldren and destroyed the hydro hog.
