cestro is one of the smartest members of the groupe. Cestro helped billy make the machine to turn the origanale rangers back to normal. cestro was supposed to stay and watch billies creation to rehydrate him and the the other alien rangers but he went with tidues to a place to ryhydrate wich cuased for billy to be captured by lord zedds spider monster. soon he saved billy with the others. cestro got sick from the earths air so he went to ryhadrate but when he went he was attacked by zedds monster but he was soon saved by the others. cestro was the first to test billies invention that should ryhydrate the aquition rangers after the test was over cestro felt more than better but they were soon attacked by tengas wich destroyed billies invention.
