He was the 3rdmember to join.Raita owned a little farm in japan and was affected by the owl bironic wave. when ryuu asked raita to be a jetman he refused and said he dosent know any thing about jetman.kaori stayed behind to persuade him but they were attaked by the vyran. when the vyran attacked they destroyed all of his farm. Raita bowed to how revange on what they did to his land. when raita koari just morphed to jetman raita wasent sure how to fly so he was holding on to kaori but when she let go of him he lost control. he went with koari to persuade ako. with koari they did attack called double kick.
